Before joining Artmosphere please make sure that you read & agree to abide by the Grou.ps Network & therefore also the Artmosphere Terms Of Service. Artmosphere & Grou.ps Reserves the right at their discretion, at any time without notice, to remove any content found to be in breach of the Terms Of Service. Linking ~
Linking out from your profile is allowed & encouraged, however Do Not link out to third party reseller sites, meaning if you link out to any sites that contain products for sale make sure that the products are your own, for example... Dreamlight Creations maintains an online gallery @ Fine Art America (FAA) where there are prints of the artwork for sale, it is perfectly fine for Dreamlight to link out to this external gallery but Not alright to link out to an Amazon store where books about art that Dreamlight did not write are for sale.
Linking out to pornographic, violent, racist or abusive content will not be tolerated & your account will be terminated immediately.
Placing links for Affiliate Programs & Third Party advertisements on your profile page is also prohibited.

The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the Grou.ps/Artmosphere Website and through your use of the Grou.ps Services. Grou.ps/Artmosphere reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Grou.ps/Artmoshpere's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
• criminal activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
• covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, your Grou.ps powered website or any Grou.ps page via HTML/CSS or any other means;
• using any information obtained from the Grou.ps Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;

Nudity ~
Artistic nudity ONLY is allowed on Artmosphere, but keep in mind that what you consider artistic, and what Artmosphere considers artistic, may be different. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates the terms below at our own discretion. If your content is found to be
• Pornographic or images of sexual acts
• Nudity intended to sexually arouse the viewer
• Graphic photos or videos
• Fetishes
it will be REMOVED.

Grou.ps/Artmosphere does not claim any ownership rights to Your Content. After posting Your Content, you continue to retain ownership of Your Content, and you continue to have the right to use and license Your Content in any way you choose.
Do Not upload copyrighted content that is Not your own, if you are found to be committing Copyright Infringement your account will be terminated.
