I have a member who can no longer get on our site. He's running a Mac with safari for a browser... so its not the Explorer 7 issue. I tried searching the Support forum for similar situations but nothing came up. He reports getting a white screen that states "denied because of access control list". He still gets email notifications of activity at our site. How can I help him?

I still have that issue around a member not being able to connect. He's also receiving private messages meant for other members. This would be David Doncaster, his email is dd0616@telus.net, and our group is GrowOrganicApples at http://grou.ps/groworganicapples/home . yes, i too was unable to connect for over a week but i was getting the no info on this server message when i contacted my isp provider, they said it looked like an access denied because of control list but grou.ps say they didn't ban my ip now today, i all of a sudden am able to log on but... I cannot get to admin panel for messages etc... things are not the same, it's a bit weird. It's like i now have limited access to grou.ps I also see a new notification button that says 16 but it doesn't function at all and i never get the notifications forwarded to my gmail account so I guess I cannot retreive the notifications. I cannot do much here at grou.ps anymore.
