yes, i too was unable to connect for over a week but i was getting the no info on this server message when i contacted my isp provider, they said it looked like an access denied because of control list but grou.ps say they didn't ban my ip now today, i all of a sudden am able to log on but... I cannot get to admin panel for messages etc... things are not the same, it's a bit weird. It's like i now have limited access to grou.ps I also see a new notification button that says 16 but it doesn't function at all and i never get the notifications forwarded to my gmail account so I guess I cannot retreive the notifications. I cannot do much here at grou.ps anymore.
