Welcome to our new Health Freedom Volunteers group hosted by Natural Solutions Foundation. We are eager to have people who are passionate about health freedom and willing to spend some time and energy to insure that it grows and flourishes. For example, we are looking for people to come to our Valley of the Moon(TM) Eco Demonstration Project, www.NaturalSolutionsFoundation.org, and bring their skills and their enthusiasm. From clerical to gardening to administrative, to construction and everything else you can think of are sills that we need. It's a big battle and we are deeply engaged in it. Come join us! VotM is located in the temperate, bountiful, beautiful, lush and eternally Spring-like highlands of Panama in the Chiriqui Province. If you are interested in joining the VotM Community permanently, that's something you might want to find out more about at our Yahoo! Forum, http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/NSF-Panama/join. Our other forums which might interest you are http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/natural-solutions-food-and-farming/join, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/no-forced-vaccination/join and http://groups.yahoo.com/group/no-genetically-modified-foods/join. Of course, you probably already know about the Natural Solutions Foundation's home portals, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org and www.GlobalHealthFreedom.org. Did you know about our virtual stores, www.Organics4U.org and www.NaturalSolutionsMarketplace.org ? And how about the best coffee you have ever tasted, Valley of the Moon(TM) Coffee? It's GMO free, Pesticide free, Herbicide free, toxin free and, because each bag makes a donation to the Foundation, it helps keep YOU free! Please become an active member of the Volunteer group and become and active volunteer! If you are ready to become a Community Organizer, please write to Kathy at Kathy.Greene@usa.net and request an organizer's handbook. There's lots to do! Oh, yes, don't forget the Volunteer's call on Wednesday Nights at 10 PM Eastern time. Call 219-509-8322, PIN 937848# and let's spend some time together. Yours in health and freedom, Dr. Rima Rima E. What can I do from Baltimore, MD? I pass on to others the information you send me. I strongly advise people to refuse the vaccine. I send emails and call my representatives. I don't know that I have any particular skills. I am sort of a jack of all trades, master of none. I know a little web design. I'll be learning video this semester. I enjoy photoshop and illustrator. I spend a lot of time at the computer. I work an evening shift and so am rarely able to take part in events during the week. However, I make up for it on weekends whenever I can. I plan to hand out fliers at a local shopping mall. Charlene

Why not contact Kathy Greene at kathy.greene@usa.net and ask her for a Community Organizer's Handbook? It has lots of information and ideas that might make the skills that you have (and under rate, I would say) apply really well. By the way, thanks for joining the Volunteers' Forum! Warmly, Dr. Rima

I have a lot of questions, and there's a lot of stuff, between here, www.HealthFreedomUSA.org, http://www.lifespirit.org, and all the other sites. My questions revolve around the Panama Community: 1) Is Panama a separate country, in that would I (when I say I, I'm referring to myself, and some others, who may be interested) would need a passport? 2) I was wondering, will this be purely vegetarian/vegan, or will there be things such as free range chickens/eggs? 3) If I have a variety of skills (admin, gardening, teaching class at the art center), how will that work? Will I do one job at one period, and another at another? 4) As a volunteer/intern, would I have to pay to get myself to the community? As long as I "pull my weight," will I have the basic needs covered, or will I need money for anything? 5) Is there a minimum/maximum time I can stay as a volunteer/intern? I (myself) do not have much, as far as personal belongings (clothes, books, and a couple small electronics, ie laptop), and was wondering how much I can bring. I (myself) currently live on a house boat, so don't have much. Answers that can be provided, or direction for the answers, are greatly appreciated!
