Hi there - If the Wed call is abandoned, as was the Mon call, that leaves us
guys and gals no calls at all. Today I was asked, for the first time, what is
probably the most annoying question of the year, "Are you ready for the
holidays?" My response? "What holidays?" Give me a holy day any day. This, of
all seasons, is THE time to concentrate on not getting caught up in hype and
hoopla, relax and enjoy the company of friends and family, including the NSF
gang. I had planned on being on tonight's call but fell asleep and woke up at 9
pm (11 est). Oops. If all the calls are gone, how are we going to know (in real
time) what's going on in Panama? How can we survive without Rima's infectious
enthusiasm? I think the Wednesday calls should continue and the Monday
conversations be ressurected, even if only for 10 or 15 minutes, to fill us all
(however few of us there may be) in on what's happening. It isn't our only line
of communication but it is the most concise, to the point one available. - jeff

Yes, putting the calls on hold works with my schedule, though I will miss
talking with you all. Unfortunately, this time of year does bring an added
busyness even if we try to keep life simple and focused on what is most
important. Thanks, Dr. Rima, for recommending Dr. Colwell's seminar. If anyone
hasn't read his new book, "The Only Answer To Cancer," I would strongly
recommend it. The info is a 180 from what we have learned and thought to
understand about cancer. This book could save your life or the life of a loved.
Have a wonderful and blessed holiday season. To all volunteers that are in
sunny Panama, we wish we were there. Enjoy! CA

We put the calls on hold because for several weeks, Ralph and I were the only
people on the calls. My infectious enthusiasm continues, but, frankly, to
commit the time there has to be interest on the other end. The purpose of the
Monday night call is for those who already have made a commitment to the Valley
of the Moon Community through a whole or partial Beneficial Interest
Certificate to participate in governance so it is only open to those folks. The
Wednesday night call is for people interested in volunteering at the Valley of
the Moon or finding out more about that. If you let me know that the call is of
interest to you, we will take it up again in 2010. Otherwise, the time
commitment is not a good use of time since Ralph and I talk several times a day
anyway. So let me know if this is something you want to continue. Yours in
health and freedom, Dr. Rima

How do I get to be part of the Wednesday night calls? I am interesting in
learning more about the volunteer program. Walt Wilkinsoncatron@verizon.net
