how do I fill my Volunteer form???

how do I fill my Volunteer form???
1. Go to the Wiki Index (left hand side of page)
2. Click on the form that you want to fill in (for example, Volunteer Agreement Form: Copy, Paste, Email to releyes@gmail.com)
3. Next, , copy the form
4. Paste it in a Word document
5. Fill in the form
6. Send document to Indra at vomtours@gmail.com

PS: Let me know if you have any problems or questions about filling in the forms.  You will need to fill in the Volunteer/Intern Agreement and Commitment and the Volunteer Health Information forms.  
Don't forget to read the Volunteer Check List and the Volunteers Residence Information.
