GROU.PS offers free customer support for all of our users, which is pretty darned good – but we also recognize that some users need assistance with more advanced issues. Our Premium Customer Support system enables group administrators to get help from our team of experts when they need it – and fast.


This is how it works :

  • Gold Plan members automatically receive 5 free monthly Premium Support tickets with their subscription, valid for one month. Platinum Plan subscribers have 10 Premium Support tickets per month.
  • To use a Premium Support ticket, an email should be sent to plans@groups-inc.com, detailing the assistance required. This mail must be sent from an email account associated with a group founder or administrator account on GROU.PS.
  • We guarantee that you'll receive a response from us within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Packs of 5 Premium Support tickets, valid for one month, can be purchased for $10 from the 'Extra Services' section of the group admin menu (Gold and Platinum plans only).
