ok i have a trick situation .. im a group leader ..of the djinn i have a player who several people have complained to me about : i try to talk to him and he does not respond : eventully i get so in his face he has to.. this person wanders around kos without his tag .. has been accused of wearing a speed enhancer and is generlay pretty rude i try to talk to him about it but all i get is serious attitude ... I'm new to KoS so I don't know much about it yet. However, I was a GM in another sim for a long time. Anyone can wear a group tag. All they need to do it create their own group costs 100L and make a tag. If the guy keeps ignoring the rules and has received several warnings, and seems to be ignoring you. Ban him.

i dont have that ability .. cant kick him out of the group because hes not on it .. my bad typo up the top hes Not i repeat not a part of the djinn group - yet hes got the tag ..im not sure how that happened ..or if thats possible .But this is kos i have learnt anthing's possible
