Ok, I admit, I'm a n00b here in KoS. In the website describing the 'money' part, it said each group camp had a 'camp ball' for members to spend a few hours and earn some K$. I've looked all over the dungeon, and can't seem to find any. Does the dungeon not have this?

Welcome Dagny! We refer to the currency in Ireem as "dinar", although "K" works just as well. The dungeoners have the dungeon cafe. Your camping spots are there. Just outside the dungeon, near the bounty signs, find the entrance to the cafe. Inside the cafe are dancing and drinking tea camping spots. There is also wine you can purchase and drink to restore your health after fighting.
