Leader Mentoring

Creative leading to me is something of a matchmaking of ideas. I think that a creative leader sees how disparate things can be married into a new idea. I'm always intrigued by someone who will hear one person say something that "clicks" in to something else that they know. A+B = a totally new idea. They can see past the superfluous and have a "eureka!" moment, then get people excited about that new combination.
