Do you want to start taking some better photographs and want to get a better camera? I would highly suggest getting the entry level professional DSLR Nikon D90 DX 12.3MP DSLR. Nikon is widely known to be one of the best digital camera producers on par and possibly better than it's Canon counterparts. The D90 does not fall down either, as it is a very good camera. If you are going to go out and just purchase a camera without doing any research, you better go out and buy a nikon. If you have the budget, you better be getting this one.
In the D90, Nikon has reduced the weight and size of this camera to be optimal for a lot more people. On the other hand most DSLRs in the market are large and bulky and not always the best camera for everyone. The D90 is not too light though because if it was you might run into problems of not being able to hold the camera steady.
Some of the best features of the Nikon D90 are:
-It is very sturdy and built well, and it holds nicely in your hands.
-The photo quality is absolutely stunning, and something you should never even have to worry about when purchasing a nikon
-The lenses that come in the box with the D90 are perfect for the first time owners, later on you have the capability to purchase no lenses to take closer photos are farther photos.
-The D90 gives the options to digitally edit your photos right on the camera which is a very nice feature but I don't always suggest it because it will use your battery life.
-The LCD screen on the back of the camera is large enough to see all of your photos in great detail so you can tell if you have taken a good photograph or not.
The downsides of the Nikon D90 are:
-There is no auto focus when shooting photographs, so you should be pretty experiences with DSLRs if you are going to purchase this camera.
-You have to know what you are doing to use this camera, the average user is not going to know how to use all of the functions on this camera.
