@KC, the main reason right now is due to an NPC bug ingame - Xan can't fix it while the database is down though
@vidaloka.souza, you can't - you have to wait till it opens
@pika man, The database is currently down and you can't register anyway
@hernsam020 - if you want to register so bad then you can wait

The updater currently doesn't work, you need to download the new client manually. The up to dates can be found on our brand new wiki.
