About the team

The Spriter is an artist position in PWO in which you make custom video game graphics, or "sprites", to be added into the game. The sprites you will be expected to make are human sprites, NPC sprites, Pokemon sprites, map tiles, and more as you fix up the quality of current sprites. Spriter is an open job in PWO that anyone can apply for, but the job will not go to the ill-creative, the weak-hearted or the lazy ones. You should have experience with Spriting before applying.

How to join the team
You simply don't ask.  Go over to this area once and make a topic which features a selection of your work. 

"Here in the Spriting team we enjoy a laugh.
We would like to see that you are not just a "Spriter" but also have a sense of humour.

Using your initiative is good, because asking "What to do" every time a project is given will probably annoy some of the other team members.

Inputting ideas of new things which would be useful within the game would be amazing."

Qualifications

To be a good spriter, the first thing is to get clear is saving in PNG (if using Paint or anything else that's not amazing) is vital, otherwise you probably have wasted your time and saved it in JPEG which makes it all blurry and the textures go messed up.

We would like to see you are a universal graphic creator/editor with more than one image editing program. So saying "I used [insert program name] to create this." would be useful.

Creating signatures and only signatures will NOT draw our attention, it just shows you can use Photoshop (or anything else you use) to put a few images together and using brushes. Remember we create graphics.
