There are places where you can surf like fishspots, lakes and the sea.
Just go next the water and click on wind surfboard item then go on the water to surf on it.
Note:
- You can't fish (even using fishrod item) or encounter a wild pokemon by surfing yet.
- You can surf even in the deep sea (dark water).
- To disable the wind surfboard go walk on terrain and w/ few steps you're free.
