Church on sunday may help your emotional and mental wellness. I heard a sermon at the Baptist Church in Delray Beach which helped me to see personality flaws which were ruining my career.
Exercise and diet have to be controlled for good health!
Being over 40, we have to exercise and eat right!
I cook healthy grilled vegetables for my daughter and her family!
My mother is my best friend and my daughter is my second best friend!
Southeast Florida Drum Circle every full moon of every month is a social wellness meeting! It is a lot of fun and entertainment for free!
Graduating after 13 years of study is a relief for the brain! Focusing on my career and no classes to distract me and take my time will allow me give more to my career.

We will be training for the Mercedes 5K Run beginning February 14 until the run April 14 in West Palm Beach at 7:00 pm.

We will begin with interval training at the mile course at Caloosa Park in Boynton Beach. 5K is 3.11 miles.
The Dalai Lama in his lecture at FAU about peace and inner peace explained how to get that "Spiritual Wellness" which improves your health and peace of mind.

It relieves stress and prevents high blood pressure etc.
The church gives me spiritual wellness.
The best month for me was April when I was doing 5K Interval Training, Belly Dancing and Yoga and also working for CMRS and also sharing my birthday with Marlene and Brandon.
Living well with diabetes is essential so that you can avoid the complications that are associated with this terrible disease, there are a number of tips for new diabetics that should be implemented to achieve good health.
