Stop The Stink

This was the report that the Commissioner of Works submitted to the Works Committee on January 14 stating his reason why the odour control facility should be placed at Altona and Finch.

The Committee did not accept the Commissioner's report and asked him to submit a new one that would include a study as to whether the odour control facility can be placed in York and if so, at what cost.
