Hi Paul I'm willing to take a session tomorrow, although we may find we have to do some speedwork on the field. I think the temps are going to stay low and so any ice that is there now aint going anywhere unless the gritters get to it, and that doesn;t appear to have been happening on our usual running routes on the lanes. So, in short, yes there will be a session. We may end up running one session for both groups if the lanes are out, but that's fine, we can easily make that happen. Mark

The snow is falling really heavily now, even in rossett which usually misses out. So, i'm NOT going to take a session after all Sorry folks Mark

I had already decided earlier in the day that I was not going to risk travelling to the club tonight. As things turned out, we left work early at 3pm, but didn't get home until 5.45 Nightmare !!
