Steve, Pleased to say the current champions will be there to defend our title! The oracle that is RAF Dave is once again going to attempt to to cover for the less well informed on his team! Will sort out the dosh next time I see you. |

Three time winners Smith and Ringers will not be there this year, so it's wide
open!

Sorry to hear the Smith's won't be there, I hope your absence is not related to
last year's final round agony? The scarring of once great champions being unable to relive former glories can be the most painful. You only need to look at Nottingham Forest, Leeds United and Liverpool ... ...... hope the studying is going well Capt Oldfield? |

How dare you use that rank? I was neither in the army nor the navy... I'm just
trying to figure out how to bug the Hammonds' place...

I emailed this message to everyone but had a few bounce & so posting it
here as well. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please aim to be at the club for 7.30ish so that we can get things underway by 8.00 and leave time for socialising. There will be a bottle of wine and nibbles on each table and the bar will be open. We look forward to seeing you there! Sarah and Steve |

Well done Steve and Sarah. Another entertaining quiz night from you 2 with just
the right mix of questions ... and where else could you have a chocolate
tasting for one of the rounds? Brilliant!

Yes another great quiz night from Steve and Sarah. Here's an idea; when we mixed up the A and B running groups one Thursday club evening, it proved to be very successful. Why not extend the mixing to quiz teams? Oh, and well done to the winning team, thoroughly deserved...... |

Thank you Steve and Sarah - we really appreciate your hard work. We improved
massively this year, thanks mostly to playing our joker at a better time. I still say that a one-way sign can be rectangular and is an instruction you must obey! http://www.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/2197235/2/istockphoto_2197235-shiny-uk-road-signs-vector-jpeg.jpg |
