If your rabbits are pregnant, I wouldn't think it'd be too much longer before you know for sure.  Rabbits gestate for about a month.  And they will build a nest shortly before it's time to give birth.

A vet should be able to tell for sure.  Because it is indeed possible that this could be a phantom pregnancy.  If an intact female is near intact males, this can trigger her hormones and she may start acting like she's pregnant.
