Debunk Paranormal

Well to be honest I would have never sent this picture in if it was taken by and to say that it was paranormal because it way to blurry and it looks like some one has put crayons to good use jmo
And if that is the best that this person can do by taking this type of photo then I would suggest to them to by themselves a new camera.
Sorry I just call things the way I see them and speak my mind hope no hard feelings here
