I am subscribed to YouTube Vlogger Chisellecouture's channel and recently saw a video she did where she shows off her newly cut hair.  Chiselle had almost waist length hair and chopped it off for a new look.  She donated her locks to an organization  that makes hairpieces for children suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.  The organization is LOCKS OF LOVE. 

I thought that was a wonderful idea.  When considering doing your BC, think about these young children and consider donating the hair to Locks of Love.  They accept permed and color treated hair.
