Zooming

Every now and then I run across someone who wants zooming on their site, but doesn't know enough about software/web development to make it happen. Obviously we're always trying to make Seadragon easier to use, but of course there will always be a market for custom apps, things the normal tools don't support. I could imagine there being a vibrant service industry around these technologies as they become more mainstream. In the meantime, what's a good way to hook people with zooming skills and available dev time up with people who need them? Is there already a place for this?
