Interaction and Visualization Design Patterns
I suggest to devide the patterns into different groups. Here I want to exemplify this with 2 groups: visualisation and interaction design patterns. I am following the work of Wilkins 2003 MELD: A PATTERN SUPPORTED METHODOLOGY
FOR VISUALISATION DESIGN. The next 2 weeks I will post some patterns additional to the ones Wilkins published in his work. My patterns are based on the development of applications for different domains and the research and requirements analysis of these domains. I hope to get some feedback from you all.

Hi there - sorry for the delay - i got some private problems to solve. Here you find the announced patterns I propose. Some comments: I developed some interactive applications following an iterative design and development process based on human computer interaction. I tested the applications with end users and tried to extract some pattern structures for visualization and interaction. Based on the thesis of Barry Wilkins I already did some usability evaluation of the extracted patterns. Here I would like to discuss and get some more feedback about the patterns. Eventually you have some more ideas about evaluation criterias for the patterns or some critics and feedback.
